This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Crane X1 LLC, a limited liability company ("Licensor"), and you ("Licensee"). By deploying, accessing, or using WisemanOS ("Software"), you agree to this Agreement.
The Software is proprietary to Licensor. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software or its intellectual property. Licensor and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted here.
Licensor grants Licensee a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
No additional fee is owed to Licensor for exercise of these rights. Licensor is not required to provide source code, support, updates, or hosting.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet any particular uptime, performance, or availability standard. Licensee assumes all risk arising from use of the Software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Licensor's total cumulative liability under this Agreement shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Licensee is solely responsible for Licensee's infrastructure, data, integrations, compliance obligations, and relationships with third-party providers (including hosting platforms, payment processors, and AI APIs). Licensor has no access to or responsibility for data stored in Licensee's deployments unless separately agreed in writing.
This license is perpetual for copies lawfully obtained. Licensor may terminate the license if Licensee materially breaches this Agreement and fails to cure within thirty (30) days of written notice. Sections that by nature should survive (including Sections 1, 3, 4, and 7) survive termination.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Software license. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Licensor may update this Agreement by posting a revised version at this URL; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for new deployments.
